Nice building, quiet location right by Des Moines on many occasions as well as the airport in Des Moines. Well-equipped and brand-new room with a private bathroom.

It was surely a very nice stay on a Thursday night. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying an excellent area, so close to provided shuttle, Des Moines for a family reunion and stores. The location was comfy and the room was immaculately clean. Again, it was 2 miles from a 49 - acre zoological park. The breakfast was excellent and great and offered a wide array of great food.

This hip new hotel offers a lot of beautifully maintained rooms. The venue offers comfortable location near the zoo. Also, it is close enough to Des Moines, and provided shuttle. The staff are attentive, overall. The breakfast is excellent with sausage, juices, powdered eggs, had everything you could imagine.

Comfortable place for one night with friendly and helpful employees at every level. Nice location to a 49-acre zoological park. New-fashioned, neat rooms with excellent beds.

Great way to end our trip. Brand-new hotel in an excellent area near to the airport in Des Moines and stores and Des Moines for a family reunion. Pleasant, polite staff at every level, day and night. Immaculate room with big bathroom and comfy beds.

Very nice overall experience. Everything was great, respectful staff, excellent location close enough to Des Moines on many occasions and downtown and being next to the airport. Brand-new and neat units with 2 queen beds.

I was a bit worried about getting to the hotel late at night, but to my surprise, the rental car counter was right across from the baggage claim, making the entire process quick and convenient. Checking in was a breeze, with a friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable Marriott bed and all the necessary amenities. The USB ports on the bedside lamps were a nice touch. The free breakfast had a good variety of options, and I was able to grab a plate to take back to my room. The Italian restaurant in the shared parking lot looked promising. if you need a clean and cozy place near the airport, I would recommend this Fairfield Inn.

Clean hotel, nice services, nice spaces in the room. Just a nice hotel to pass a last night in Des Moines!!

Difficult to find what I did not like but we did with my girlfriend, its definitely the amount of chlorine in the swimming pool and in the hot tub, we could not stay more than 20 minutes, after we started coughing and our eyes were full of red. Otherwise its the only negative point

Great location, close to the airport and convenient for a city trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The self-laundry services on-site were a nice convenience.

The heater in the room didn't work properly, constantly running and sometimes blowing hot or cold air. Additionally, there were concerns with the security of the hotel, as the room didn't require a key to open and multiple doors were found unlocked, making us feel unsafe.

We stayed in a king room and loved a large bathroom. It was neat and the beds were nice here. The location for Des Moines was incredibly comfortable, near provided shuttle and Des Moines for a family reunion and a nice restaurant.

Suitable for one night. Attentive staff at every level, new-fashioned, nicely furnished rooms.
